Hi, my name is Lisandra Rivera I am co owner of Rivera’s Auto Diagnostic. Many of our clients are women; they’re young, old, married, single - they drive classic, luxury cars, minivans, trucks, SUVs – all sorts of vehicles. Even so, many women clients feel uncomfortable and even intimidated in an auto repair shop. Another interesting fact is that less than 1% of all automotive mechanics (sometimes referred to as technicians) are women, and very few automotive garages are owned by women. We know that, for many women, and men alike, the language of automotive maintenance and repair can sound no different than foreign language, and can be intimidating. Over the years, sensing a need in the auto maintenance and repair industry, My husband George, a 35-year veteran of the car repair industry, family owned business, making it a female friendly-business to accommodate women’s needs.
George Rivera is an ASE-certified technician and owner with over 35 years’ experience working on vehicles. He continued his education by attending Training's, Seminars and reading educational materials to keep up with the continual change in the automotive industry. When he is not spending time with his family or working on cars, he enjoys playing guitar. Lisandra Rivera provides customer service and office management at Rivera’s Auto Diagnostic, attends automotive business management classes and keeps up-to-date on industry standards to ensure Rivera’s Auto Diagnostic is providing the best service possible.
When Lisandra is not working at the shop, she enjoys playing and spending time with the grand kids. George and Lisandra love seeing the shop grow and improve. We know that our growing success is because of the loyal customers of the DFW Area and their need for quality automotive repair. It has been a wild ride since we first open Rivera’s Auto Diagnostic, but it has definitely been the best choice we could have made!

At Rivera's Auto Diagnostic, our team understands that every customer and problem we encounter is unique. For us to provide you with high-quality auto service, we need to tailor the experience to your specific needs. This starts when you first enter our facility, as our office staff will be there to greet you and use their years of experience to provide you with a practical solution. They’ll take note of your budget, provide their recommendations, and give you a list of services that you can decide on. We will not continue with the repairs until you feel comfortable with our services!
Our whole staff takes the time to explain things and we love to invite our customers into the shop to look at their vehicles so they can see and understand what a good or bad part looks like. As you walk into our reception area, you can’t help but notice the clean, fresh smell of our waiting area. In the service area, the technicians are just as clean and organized, the floor is clean and tools are put away.
